Hi, I am going to tell you exact stats for 2018 for Pilani Campus:
M.E Mechanical: 12 out of 13 students interested for placements got placed ( 2 others have plans for Ph.D. Average is 8 LPA, 23 people have got internships which will give them a chance of having a PPO apart from placements.
M.E Design: 6 out of 12 interested students have been placed and rest have got Internships having very high chances of getting a PPO ( Average is around 6.5 LPAs).
M.E Manufacturing Systems (4 out of 11 placed) Rest all have got internships with very high chances of PPO ( Average is around 7.5LPAs). Once the session concludes in July in a batch of 36 interested students for placements about 90% would have jobs with an average of around 7- 7.5 lakhs which is probably at par with best IITs in country.
