More than the country, it is the university or college, Italy and France are the destinations to go to but you must also check the institutions. US has some of the best schools for the same as well.

Hi,
There is no problem in it because maximum age is 23 and yes, you can be a fashion designing student but for that in NIFT, you have to go through the entrance test of NIFT.
