Yes, fashion design schools are open to international students abroad. Since there are so many colleges abroad you have to check out which college and in which country you want to study in. Read the eligibility criteria properly and apply accordingly.

Whenever you pursue two courses together, there is always a chance of losing out on one of the courses or may be both. It is, of course, difficult to manage two courses with intensive study material like BBA and fashion design. I would recommend you to rather go for any one course and dedicate your time and effort on one goal only.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Eligibility to Apply is that candidate should have cleared class 12 with a minimum pass mark of 50%.
Other eligibility criteria:
Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized board with minimum 50% can also apply for this course.
