NID, an aptitude test conducted by National Institute of Design.
NID exam doesn't have any set syllabus. Questions are asked on the basics topics such as Communication Skills, Composition, Creativity, Drawing Skills, General Mental Ability, and Sensitivity to Environment and Subjects of Design.
It is conducted in two stages: Prelims and Mains.
Prelims consists of two parts:
Part I- having Multiple-choice questions marked out of 70 points. This part has questions with one or more than one correct answer. The responses of this part will be recorded on an OMR sheet and evaluated digitally.

Go for the one which you are more interested in and passionate about, but if you are talking in terms of career scope and want to do a job in the same field then you should go for interior designing. If you will do a course in interior designing then you will easily get a starting salary of 2.5 to 4.5 LPA, but in wildlife photography, that too in India, I doubt you can get a good package.
