Hi Rithika,
A PG degree is always better as compared to a Diploma. The second important thing would be that from which college you would be pursuing this course as that will determine your placement and career growth in the initial years.
Some popular institutes offering Graphic Designing Courses are:
TGC Animation and Multimedia offers a 6-month Certification course in Graphic Design
Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects Institute offers B.Sc. in Animation & Multimedia (Animation, Visual Effects, Web Design, Graphic Design)
Virtual Voyage Institute of Design, Media & Management offers 1-year certification course in Graphic Designing
Wiztoon

There are fashion designing institutes that provide certificate courses. Also, some fashion designers and textile artists hold workshops where you can learn things, but it is difficult to get admission in a degree course.

If you are interested in the same course then this is the best course for you. A course without any interest will not lead you anywhere so, stay in the same field and work hard. Don't worry about the job, if you are good at your skills you will definitely get a good job.

Both interior designing and hotel management are very different from each other. For interior designing, you need to have good drawing skills and for hotel management, you should have an interest in cooking or baking.
Think of what is more exciting for you and then select the course.
