You can pursue fashion designing course from either NID or NIFT.

You will get admission in distance learning course for fashion designing but, there is no scope after completing the course. You can only learn fashion designing when you do it practically and not just by reading the theory.

Textile designing is a different course. If you want to do business in this sector there are a lot of colleges which offer 1 year and 2-year Diploma. First question how B.com instead of your area of interest will give you business idea? For business idea any graduation can't assure you that but your dreams, likings or could say passion can do so. I would suggest convince them about your dreams and take decision.
