Hi Neha,
For any PG course, you must complete your Bachelor's degree. Diploma is UG level unless you are talking about a PG Diploma. Certain institutes may accept you for lateral entryway into their Bachelor's programs.

The entrance exam of NID is held on second Sunday of January and the entrance exam of NIFT is held in mid of February each year.

Prefer full time studies in graduation as it will help you to focus more on studies and learn. You can go for B.Tech in mechanical engineering and later you can prefer MBA.
