No, you can't do MBA as Diploma is not considered as graduation and to get admission in MBA, you need to have graduation.

7) Pattern making
8) Fashion marketing
You can get jobs as e-designer, fashion merchandiser, fashion retailer, e-tailer. You can start your own boutique too.
