It's great to see someone to be interested in M.Tech to get into teaching field.
You should choose as per your interest, skills and capabilities. Also, you should as per where are you willing to work, in India or abroad?
In India as per the preferences most common and popular courses in descending order are thermal, design, industrial and automobile.

BBA and MBA are business admiration courses. For fashion designing or courses related to fashion administration opt for NIFT or NID. There are many courses available on fashion technology undergraduate degree courses.

There are no certificate programmes that are available India, but, you can pursue BBA programme if you have +2 qualification. If you have graduation as the qualification then you can opt for Master's degree.
