Dear Anujeet,
You have to complete class 12th if you want to pursue your Diploma from NID. However, you can explore other options like LISAA School of Design and The Instituto Marangoni.

As you are thinking about CS with interior decoration, so you may be interested in computer related designing. Combining both, you can go for web designing or architecture. If you are not interested in the two options mentioned above then pursue B.Tech as interior decoration is no big deal if you have a good knowledge of decoration after completing B.Tech, you can learn interior decoration. Please do a certificate or Diploma from a good institute. It all depends on your interest, finance and artistic talent.
Best of luck.

As per my view, it won't be a good option to quit electronics and opt for web designing. Better, you can join an institute offering web designing course on the daily basis and while pursuing your graduation. After graduation, you can look for external courses available in the field of web designing.
