Hi,
A year course after B.Com in fashion designing will help only if you have been working in some related field for all these years. You can surely go for a Diploma or Master's which is generally for 15 months in different aspects of fashion sectors if you plan to.

If you want an international certificate in fashion, you should apply in the international fashion design schools from France and Italy who have their campuses in India. You can explore few international colleges like L'Institut Superieur des Arts Appliques and The Istituto Marangoni.

First, study well and successfully complete your class XII and then apply at various top fashion designing schools. Fill the entrance examination form beforehand and prepare well. You should go for NIFT try for campuses such Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Your other options are The Istituto Marangoni, and L'Institut Superieur des Arts and Appliques. All the best.

Web designing is a very lucrative field. Now, all good firms need good UI and UX designers. You will learn CSS and HTML in the web designing. There are many good international design schools in India, you should opt for them.

Many colleges prefer above 50%. It is better to talk to the colleges directly. Also, a good score in the competitive exam will provide you with an edge.
