Collect all your designs and keep them in a file. You may segregate the same on the basis of different styles or seasons depending upon your designs. Your portfolio is now ready.

Only drawing skills are not enough to pursue a career in fashion designing. In fact, you have already spent 5 years in science stream so it would be great if you stay in the same field.

Both the fields are good but architecture includes interior designing. Architecture is a professional course whereas interior designing is a certificate course.
If you don't want to study for 5-6 years then go for interior designing otherwise architecture is the best.
Now it depends on your choice. Whatever decision you will take just enquire properly and take a rational decision.
