Hi Sonika, a good graphic design course could be done in 3 months. And since you already have a commercial art background, it would be sufficient.

Apart from IIT, colleges which offer masters in machine design or automobile through GATE are:

3. UPES Dehradun.
4. BITS Goa.
5. VIT.
6. ISM – Dhanbad.
