Automobile designing can be opted after grade 12 science. As b.Com student your acceptance I'm Indian universities will be tougher than outside India admission. You should consider studying abroad

You can apply for b.tech mechanical degree programme and in higher education i.e m.tech you can choose automotive design as an specialization.
