The main aim of design schools is to prepare the students with the technical knowledge, artistic awareness, innovativeness and attitude that are necessary for this occupation. Although every institution has pro and cons, however the reputation of the institution does make an impact on placements post completion of the course .Some Good Colleges are listed:

It's totally as unimportant as the office for a startup. To say that you can't run a start up without office is foolish. But, then this question again is irrelevant since it tries to relate a startup with a non-issue. Once the startup get's it's fundamentals correct, other things like design would follow.

Fashion Designing :
As we all knows that people are becoming more and more conscious about their clothing and looks due to which the scope is increasing continuously and more and more opportunities are availed in the fashion market .
Job placements are also very good if you do this course from a good colleges or you can join a fashion designer or designing house and begin with doing the menial work .

Depends for what kind of subjects u want to lecture. a minimum of post graduate in the particular field plus some job experience also required.
the course offers.various subjects apart from designing.
so someone from fine arts, Mba, Interior designing also can join. for institutes like nift. they also offer courses like mfm and bf.tech. so there are various subjects apart from the designing aspects. where differents experts are required like merchandisers etc
