Sanjay, Take Any creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. Dear Rohan, at this qualification you will be eligible for our Undergraduate course in Animation which is of 4 years. You can now apply for next academic year as we are completed with the admission process for this year. Graphic & Web Design programs are offered by lots of national level institutes with 300-400 hours of studies. If you spend 3 hours per day to learn you may complete them in short span of time as indicated by you.
You may refer to Shiksha portal with search in your location or refer to justdial, sulekha to find the options near to you.
Web & Graphic Design filed has practical orientation and will need strong mentoring. You may enhance your knowledge but have to learn the skills thoroughly by learning at any leading institution of your choice.
Theses programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes
