I am a B.Tech Mechanical Engineer from LPU itself. During our learning phase at LPU we had explored various events where we were given space to bring out our creativity and technical know how. We had encouraging teachers who also use to contribute fully in nourishing our spark. LPU believes in ENGAGE-ENLIGHTEN- EDUCATE. Through the university events like YOUTH VIBE & EXPLORICA we got the opportunity to showcase our talents. They truly are a transformer. When I entered LPU I was a shy guy and today I stand as a confident Executive Engineer. All thanks to LPU. LPU Students wins Car Design Competitions at the Delta Automation Contest-2017 in China among which more than 75 teams participated from across ASIA.
In another achievement Mechanical engineering students designed a futuristic Formula One Racing Car at SAEINDIA 2017 Noida.
India's first-ever self-driving, solar-powered bus hits the road and made the maiden journey at he Indian Science Congress which was inaugurated by The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, held at LPU. The bus was designed by LPU students. Engineering Students From All Over India Participated In EFFI-Cycle 2018, Held At LPU Campus in Collaboration With Maruti Suzuki where there were more than 70 participants from institutions like IITs, NITs and from colleges across India. There was cash price of 1 lakh at the national green mobility competitive event.
LPU Students don't just draw a car design, they actually built it and presented it alongside Mercedes, BMW etc at Auto Expo where LPU students showed 15 unique car designs and prototypes. LPU students design and race go karts, electric bikes, solar cars and efficient pedal cycles. That's the way to learn engineering!

Dear Rohita, LPU is good for the Fashion Design programme and LPU has a good infrastructure for running this programme. My elder sister has done her B. Design Fashion from Lovely Professional University and today she is successfully running her own Brand, she was also the part of internship projects with leading Fashion stylists. Also, her designs are appreciated not just in India but even abroad. She always keeps on appraising LPU for different platforms provided by them. I will be sharing a few major highlights of the Fashion Design course based upon her experience. The School of Fashion Designing of Lovely Professional University is doing extraordinary works in the field of Designing. They are conducting Fashion Shows regularly for the students. It gives a great chance to the students to show their talent in front of a big audience. Prominent designers are also taking part in the events. So, surely it is a big opportunity university is providing to the students in Lpu. The infrastructure for the practical works are very excellent in the university. Students can enjoy the course curriculum which has given more importance to practical knowledge. Scholarships have one other significance. Students can avail scholarships based on their score in the qualifying exam or according to the performance in the University test. Yes NID provides placement facilities to its students of all disciplines.
