There is no specific upper age criteria in Private Colleges for the B. Des courses. Hence you can apply there. The few private colleges are given below.
1. LPU Jalandhar
2. Chandigarh University
3. MITADT Pune
4. Pearl Academy, Delhi
5. JDIFT (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur etc. )
6. SID Pune
But the upper age limit for B. Des courses of NIFT and NID is 23 and 20 years respectively. Three years relaxation is available in upper age for reserved category candidates in NID, while 5 years in NIFT. So three years of GAP after 12th does not matter if meeting the above age criteria.

The upper age limit for B. Des Fashion design course of NIFT and NID is 23 and 20 Years respectively. Hence you can not do this course. The NIFT's Continuing education programs can be helpful for you. NIFT offers various types of CEP programs of different duration in its campus located in India. Please read the NIFT CEP Brochure for more clarity by using the below link. https://nift.ac.in/sites/default/files/2020-07/CEP Brochure 2020-21 30.6.2020. pdf.
