Definitely, email marketing is not dead. It's not flashy like social media, but email marketing is personal, direct and cheap. What changed is how to use it. You can't just blast emails that's a mistake. You have to strategically segment your subscribers, send them curated messages, and make sure you make customer preferences and behaviours central to your outreach.
