Yes you must have minimum 45% marks in graduation for the MBA program from a distance learning university and if you are willing to do Bachelor course then you 45% marks are mandatory to have in Intermediate (class 12th)

No, you cannot. It is a post-graduate program which means, you need to pursue graduation in order to be eligible.
