Hi,
As per the minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned below, you are eligible for PGD(TTE) from AIIMAS Chennai. Further BCS in distance mode does not matter for this course.
1. Graduation from any recognized university/Institution.
2. The applicant age should have completed his 21 years of age, there is no upper age limit.

It all depends on which college & from which city or state you want to pursue your Diploma course in acting. Different college has different fee structure. So, I would suggest you to search out individually about all top listed college & gather their fee structure which is available on their websites. For example - List of Colleges in Bangalore - follow the link provided - https://www.shiksha.com/mass-communication-media/film-tv/colleges/diploma-acting-colleges-bangalore.

Regular study for Diploma engineering may be a problem for you. You better try for AMIE. Clear Section A and Section B. After clearing all the papers of Section B, you will be recognized as a Graduate Engineer i.e equivalent to B.Tech. Best wishes.

The candidate after your degree education. Sorry, as per the rules, Diploma degree holders are not allowed to write JEE. So, it not possible to get into IITs/NITs. Diploma holders are eligible to get direct admission in second year of B.Tech through different CET's of state governments.
