You can pursue Diploma in Banking & Finance from different institutes. There are no such specific name to the courses. Diploma in Banking & Finance is a 1 year full-time Diploma level programme in Banking pursued after graduation. Some of the institutes are listed below:

First, you need to have completed your 10+2 from a recognised board of education in order to apply for B.Com course. Also, your gap is quite huge to land you a graduation course. In such a case, I would advise you to personally inquire about the details of the university/college where you're interested to apply.

Please mention your specialization in Diploma in mechatronics. In general, it is a peculiar branch and a tough one to pursue.
And its not like mechatronics is just a combination of mechanical and ECE and bit electrical. You will have knowledge about all dis branches so job opportunity is more but its not a core branch. Not very sure of the placements from this branch but all i can say is if you look at at he placements perspective , rather can opt to go for General B.Sc in electronics as it is more easily available and placements chances are also high.
