You can opt for lateral entry in any recognised college if they have any vacant seats. You will have to approach colleges individually now as you have missed the chance to appear in entrance exam.

It would be helpful if you mention the location. Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu offers PG Diploma in Yoga. Other institutes like AISCET University, Barkatullah University, Bhavnagar University, JIMS, IIYNew, etc., are also good.

Unfortunately, event management is not offered through distance mode by any institute or university. It is a practical intensive course and you can only pursue it through regular classes.
