It's quite difficult to get CSE in DJ Sanghvi with this score because as per the past year's cut off, minimum 88-89% is required. Still, you should definitely try.

Hello Vaibhav, The candidates who have secured 60 percent or more in Diploma in engineering from the State Board of Technical Education are eligible to apply for B.Tech programme under lateral entry scheme. A separate state level entrance examination will be conducted for the students of lateral entry. The candidates will be given two hours to complete the entrance examination. The short listed candidates will be admitted directly to the second year of the B.Tech course. Some of the private universities conduct their own entrance test for the lateral entry admission. The lateral entry colleges in Mumbai are given here;

Yes, You can do Diploma courses after 10th. There are a lot of Diploma courses in the market for the professional career and could help in your professional career. You can do Three year Polytechnic Diploma from any branch which will be equivalent to 12 standard and help you to find out a job after that you can do your graduation on your salary. When you are doing the three year Diploma on same time you should do some job oriented Diploma courses so that they can help you to find the job. After completion of your three years, Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering, you can get direct admission in second year of B.Tech course through lateral entry admission process. In Pune engineering colleges, the lateral entry admissions in B.Tech course are offered through Centralised Admission Process (CAP) which is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. So, you need to register and participate in CAP rounds to get lateral admission in Pune engineering course for pursuing B.Tech course.

In which state do you want to take admission because every state has different procedure In Maharashtra? You have to fill DTE's form on the website. In Gujarat, you have to fill ACPC form, meaning every state has some forms. You have to fill it to apply for mechanical.
