Hi Sandhya!
No, you cannot pursue both the courses simultaneously. You will have to complete your UG Diploma first in order to qualify for the PG Diploma.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue D. El. Ed from the criteria mentioned below:
D. El. Ed. : Eligibility:
Completed 10+2 from a recognised board
Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at 10+2 are preferred
Above 50% marks or equivalent at 10+2 level
Candidates who completed their certification programme in the stream of Science must have 60% or above marks. Regards.

You can get a job after completing Diploma but the job profile won't be quite good, it would be a low salary job so if you could try to continue your studies and increase your chances for a better job.

If you are pursuing Diploma after 10, it is more than or equivalent to your 12 level. After Diploma you can go for under graduation directly. For example - If you done your Diploma in CSE, you can directly get into second year of B.E or B.Tech.
