Hi, for long term career growth a degree is better. If you want a short term career growth you can do a diploma, get a job and study for Bachelor's degree again. Finally its your choice whether you want to study diploma or degree.

The eligibility for Advance PG Diploma (physician assistant) is any graduate in allopathic medicine, homeopathic medicine, ayurvedic medicine, unani medicine, dentistry, physiotherapy, pharmacy & science with a minimum of 50% marks from recognized University/Institution.
For more information, you should refer to specific college/university you are targeting, since under the given eligibility conditions you may note be qualified for the course.
