Since Diplomas are not accepted by German universities, you cannot apply to a Bachelor's degree directly. To be eligible, you can enrol for a Bachelor's degree in India and complete the first year but with very good grades. On completion of the first year, you can apply to Bachelor's degree in Germany. You must also learn German language and take the IELTS too.

But, a diploma in Dental hygiene is a better option for a BDS or related study background oriented students as that is their core passion & would add to the further specialization of Indian dental education to adjust in a foreign country.
