Graduate Diploma. A graduate Diploma is a qualification, students can pursue after obtaining their undergraduate degree. Students pursue a graduate Diploma, if they want to add additional specialist qualifications to their resume, or bridge the gap to a Master's degree.

Get into the entrance test of the college and as per your performance, you will be admitted. As you have completed Diploma, you will be having lateral entry for B.Tech.

No, you must focus on the MBA exam preparation, because they are very tough, but if you are very keen to take Diploma in any course, then you can go for it. But, Diploma course must be helpful for you, or similar to the field in which you want to pursue your career.
