Post graduation means to gather more knowledge in the field in which you have completed graduation or in a related field. As per your query, the fields- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and civil engineering are completely unrelated branches. There are very limited number of engineering colleges which allows Diploma holders to seek admission in B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering by lateral entry. Therefore, it will be better if you seek admission in B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering only after 10+2 by appearing in JEE and other engineering entrance examinations.
