Diploma is the course which you can do after your 10th. After 12th from commerce, you can do B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.

AUT is a decent university (Though not as reputed as University of Auckland). Unfortunately, finance jobs (barring procurement and logistics) do not appear on the NZ skill shortage list (both short term and long term). However, NZ does offer a decent one year stay back option post completion of your PGDip that may help you in finding a job for a year.
I suggest you also look out for countries that are global financial hubs such as Dubai for Middle East, UK and Ireland (upcoming hub) in Europe, Singapore in Asia. Let me know in case you have additional queries, glad to help.

If you are doing your Diploma in ECE then in private sector, a lot of telecom companies hiring E&C students or you can also try in government sector like NTPC, BSNL, BHEL, etc.

There is no major difference between MBA and PGDM, but you should opt for MBA as it has better career scope and huge market demand.
