Check with any internship or courses that will help your career. But keep in mind you, must clear your Diploma course in EEE otherwise, its very difficult to search for a job.

I think M.Sc. will be a better option for you if you do it from a good college or university.
You can Pursue M.Sc. from IIT's or IISC. For Taking Admission in IIT's you have to appear in IIT JAM Entrance Exam for M.Sc.

Engineering in ECE through lateral entry would be the best option

If your target area was animation and gaming then you should have taken admission in Diploma in CS or IT and done short term courses in your interest area to increase your employability.

As you have done graduation & diploma in computer, I will advise you to do either MCA if you had Maths at +2 stage or MBA IT. Bith optis will give you good career opportunities.

Project management is the area where one has to handle entirely a project in what so ever field it might be. In that case you must be aware of all the aspects which are necessary for successful completion of the project. One may get for instance a project on skill development, education or so on.

Yes you can do B.Tech in computer engineering after 3 year Diploma in information technology through lateral entry process.
You can take direct admission after Diploma in lateral entry quota in any colleges. Whereas some universities take entrance test but most of the universities will give you direct admission.
