Since you have already done your diploma in Architecture, I would suggest you to do B.Arch

-openings as software engineers, system developers and programmers.
-opportunity to learn PC hardware so that they can become Hardware Engineers.
- becoming network engineers.
-Apprenticeship training program in HAL, NAL, etc.
-Infinite opportunities in the field of Web and Multimedia designing are available for Diploma holders.

Web design encompasses many different skills and disciplines in the production and maintenance of websites. The different areas of web design include web graphic design; interface design; authoring, including standardised code and proprietary software; user experience design; and search engine optimization. There are different courses offered by various institutions across India, However to do full justice with your learning you may opt for a minimum of 1 year course from a reputed institute which offers placement support as getting decent placement after completion of studies remains a big challenge.

Sanjaya, you can go for some graduate degree like B.Sc, BBA, BCA etc.
And if B.Tech is not a far fetched dream these days as there are many universities that are offering scholarships as well as education loan assistance to students which has made quality education affordable for all.
