Hi, Let me just share some insights to get into the lateral entry programme at LPU. LPU does provide Lateral Entry courses with excellent learning opportunities and they are.
1. Diploma (engineering. ). [Lateral Entry] : The eligibility is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in ITI (in Technical field) 1 year/ 2 years Certificate course after 10th or 2 years Diploma from SLIET or 10+2 Vocational (in Technical field) or 10+2 (Non-Medical) or equivalent from any recognised Board/ Council. Hello Eshaan, I can understand your angst and anxiety. Don't worry. Majority of the states have declared that Diploma is equivalent to 12th. Hence you just need to obtain this equivalance Certificate from the institute where you did your Diploma. This is required since for any graduation course, minimum eligibility is 12th. You can do graduation in any course that you are passionate about. Best wishes to you.

Hello M Vinay. I can understand your angst and anxiety. For all purposes Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12thand hence you are definitely eligible to appear for AFCAT. Where ever they talk of 12th, you assume it to be for Diploma. Fill up the form and don't worry. Best wishes to you.
