If you want a govt. university for MBA then IGNOU is the best option but if you want a private college then Amity Noida is the best option for you.

Hi,
The entrance exam is conducted twice a year. Mostly in August and February. You may have missed the dates for August entrance. You can still call them up and ask if they have extended the dates. Else, you can take the exam next time.
