The entrance exam is conducted twice a year. Mostly in August and February. You may have missed the dates for August entrance. You can still call them up and ask if they have extended the dates. Else, you can take the exam next time.

As far as FMS, Delhi is concerned there is no facility of any correspondence program.

Any kind of distance education from a university recognized by the government and UGC is good if you find it feasible for yourself. Your scorecard must be outstanding. I mean to say that you must work hard in your studies. It will definitely give you a rewarding career.
