I have already completed M.Com regular and M.Phil and Ph.D. in Distance mode so is it compulsory to take entrance for MBA at IGNOU.

You can apply if you have passed Bachelor's degree (B.A. or equivalent degree) under the 10+2+3 pattern from any UGC recognized university. According to the university website, You can apply online the University website; Choose the programme and study center and fill in the details, Make a payment
