Yes it is valid. One need 2 year LL. M to be eligible for teaching in colleges subject to qualifying other elligibilities like NET. 1 year LL. M is not valid for teaching. KUK distance LL. M is definitely valid for appointment as professor. To become an assistant professor of Law, the academic recor
