You can start applying by downloading the application forms available at the university website. Completed applications should be submitted to the university office, along with the processing fee of Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/SCA.

SVU is a quite reputed and well known university with some great faculty, infrastructure and curriculum. It has always got many good reviews from students also. And beside all this as you are interested in doing a distance course so things other then their curriculum won't affect you but still overall university is good.
