As per BCI (Bar Council of India) you can't do LLB via distance education mode.

Almost, all the courses are available for distance learning programs. Especially, private universities provide good platforms for courses to be pursued through distance learning. It is suggested that you visit official websites of universities, such as LPU, Amity and navigate through courses. Also, you can directly call on their toll-free number and inquire about the fee structure and related aspects. Especially, Management, Commerce and Arts courses are readily available.

You can do any course from distance education, just finalize the course first which you want to do.

It's better to go for Masters in HR instead of Diploma.
