There are so many options but as per UGC Guidelines there are few universities only those are valid to run the Top Distance MBA. Amity University, Annamalai University, NMIMS, JIMS, IGNOU.

Hello,It is indeed great to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of the Diploma and with working experience of two years. But word of caution. UGC has directed all universities to desist from offering any professional course via distance mode. I would therefore like to advise you that please drop idea of BE by correspondence but go instead for AMIE. Best wishes to you.

No, you cannot take two degrees from distance both completion year has to be different. You cannot show them together. So its waste actually. Also it depends on course duration. If you have June as end in same year you can take new degree of other course as you pass the first. All the best.
