Yes, you can definitely go for B.Sc in Mathematics through distance education after completion of your Bachelor of engineering. Normally speaking, the eligibility for B.Sc in mathematics will be class 12th, and I am sure, you would have done your class 12th before entering into Engineering College. Hence, as per my opinion, you will be eligible for your desired course in this university, providing distance education. However, to be on the safer side, I would like to advise you to download the information brochure and application form, which comes in PDF form and go through it fully about eligibility conditions for BSc in mathematics.

You can give NET exam criteria, for NET exam the criteria is post-graduation through distance or regular.

For B.Ed, you have to pass graduation with 60% marks. But, B.Ed is not correspondence course, so you have to join any regular University.
