Yes, you are eligible for pursuing MBA from a regular college but you can only pursue it after completing your BBA. You cannot pursue two professional courses together.

It is indeed great to hear from you that you are interested in doing Bachelor of commerce graduation through distance mode of education and not Bachelor of engineering. It is very nice to have such clear-cut aim in life. For admission to any graduation course minimum qualification is invariably class 12th pass. Apparently, you have done your Diploma after class 10th and not class 12th. So, you will not have class 12th pass certificate with you. But, do not worry. These days almost all the states in India have declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th. You just need to approach the Polytechnic from where you have done your Diploma and seek

Yes, you can pursue LLB through distance education. But, I don't recommend it, if you want to make your career in law.

You will have to complete your graduation first before pursuing any higher courses. I would suggest pursuing BBA from IGNOU or any other university providing distance education. You can also pursue B.A. Or other arts courses but BBA will be more beneficial considering your current job.
