Since you are working, you can pursue a part time engineering. Or pursue a BA/B.Sc. (IT) to get a degree. Or else, gain some experience and then later pursue MBA.

It is a certification course. I don't see why you can't opt for it. But I am not sure whether it is available to be pursued through distance.

There is no Engineering via Distance anywhere in India. Atmost, you can do part time engineering but even that has some criteria.
