No, as per higher authorities you can not pursue distance course in engineering and those are not recognized. Regards.

Why not? Join IGNOU. You can find a center in your nearby area. Log on the website of IGNOU. You require graduation marks as 50 percent if general or 45 percent if other categories. Download hindi version of BEd prospectus. http://www.ignou.ac.in/userfiles/BED_Pros_Hindi_17.pdf Regards.

Yes, but you should check if UGC-DEB list shows the institution. You should log on the website of UGC-DEB. You can ask the college authority for a letter showing recognition. Regards.

Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET Exam. The eligibility for the exam is as follows;
The candidates must have post graduation degree with 55% marks from recognised university. There is no age limit for the assistant professor post. You are eligible if you fulfill the above-mentioned criteria. For more information, you can check the official notification. Eligibility criteria for B.Ed correspondence course to apply for entrance exam:
1. Graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks.
2. Two years experience in teaching in a school recognized by the GOVT.
CORRESPONDENCE B.ED can be done from University of Jammu Directorate of Distance Education, Jammu.
