Almost, all cities in India have open universities or institutions that offer M.Phil through distance learning. The pioneer is Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). This university has study centers in almost every state in India. Each of these universities conduct their own admission or entrance examination.

Be a learner not a degree buyer and don't demean the education system. This kind of behaviour is responsible for degree rackets and take degree scam. As per UGC guidelines as well as the universities rule, whether a full-time, part-time or distance, a PG degree has to be a minimum of 2 years duration not less than that and that's the rule. Anybody offers you lesser than 2 years and even if you get it, all those are fake degrees.

No point in doing MHRM as in job market there is no point on doing MHRM after an MBA. If you are planning for teaching or government career, MHRM in distance mode is not valid as AICTE does not approve any distance learning management program.

No. Never go for PGDM in distance if you can go MBA. PGDM must be full time course only.
