Yes, do it from the best Institution. It will help you to gain good MBA degree.
There are tons of universities in India that are offering distance learning MBAs.
I am assuming that you already have a job.
So, finally it boils down to what are your expectations from the MBA you get.
Increase the brand equity of your CV, and you will manage career progress yourself. Then you can try pursuing the Distance MBA course from any B-school in your state. A few of them, I have listed below:

Hey Shivam, Athena is a pretty good business school. I have a couple of friends who are studying there, they have already picked up pre placement offers. Also, they give multiple internships and have International Study Tours. But, the only way of knowing how good a b school is by actually visiting it and interacting with the faculty and students. You are eligible to appear for MBA entrance examination, provided you clear your BCA with more than 50% marks. If you do MBA in IT, you will be able to utilize your skills and knowledge gained during BCA.
