Aviation law courses are comparatively new in India. Here I am discussing a few institutes which offer aviation law courses in India. NALSAR University, The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) and IAAM University are few who offer this course under various titles.
- NUJS offers a distant course in Post Graduate Diploma in Air and Space Law.
- IAAM offers Aviation Law and Air Transport Management.
- NALSAR University has its Centre for Air and Space Law (CASL).
- Jindal Global Law School's Air and Space Law.

You only have to reappear in a single paper. All the exams do not need to be re-given.

You need to contact any of the institutions who are into distance education and if you comply with their norms then apply for a management course through distance education in the specialization subject of your choice.

Distant course is useful for you if you are a working professional. As it would add value to your CV. But if you are not a working professional or is looking to take a break and pursue a degree, then you should consider doing MBA or PGDM. It is basically the same thing as it's just that MBA is a university program while PGDM is a program offered by the institutes themselves. There will be difference in the fee structure but the curriculum is almost same. Do look for the rankings and ROI while opting for any of the course i.e. MBA or PGDM.
