First of all I want to inform you that at present engineering courses in distance learning mode are not allowed and are not approved by AICTE and UGC. Now, the institute which you have mentioned in your question I afraid is recognised by UGC and AICTE. Please go for a regular engineering course from a recognised institute.

You can pursue distance B.com as the subjects are in the same context as banking

If you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
