Because Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession) does not recognize any distance education degree for LL.B. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree. In simple word you can't become lawyer doing LL.B. Through distance or correspondence mode. So doing LL.B. Through distance mode is not valid for practicing as Lawyer, hence avoid to pursue this.
