In the eligibility criteria for appearing in GATE, the website shows all regular courses of engineering along with AMIE and AMICE both of two are distance degree but from engineering societies but they did not mention anything about fierce learning program. GATE is the main exam to get admission in m.tech and PhD in many colleges. Please visit the eligibility criteria of m.tech this year from any government institutions like IITs or NITs or DTU etc

There are many colleges which provide part time M.Tech after a certain level of work experience. It may be two or three year experience. In part time M.Tech you have to attain course work either regular mode or on the weekends.

I think you are eligible if your degree is recognized by UGC and AICET. As AMIE which is a corresponding degree from institute of entertainment India.

Colleges have different eligibility criteria. You can check with MIT college. They usually check 12th score and you need to give college entrance exam.
