BE or B.Tech is one of the same term i.e. engineering degree and according to me, you should plan for it in regular mode through that, you can take advice from your faculty or mentor and can meet the companies in seminar. Although, colleges having regular interaction with companies will help you to understand the working style and what is going on in job market.

AMIE is also such very reputed institute for pursuing degree but i doesn't accept distance diploma for lateral entry . If u have done your diploma as a regular student than you can apply in AMIE.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
