Hi,
Firstly, to pursue M.Tech, you need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 60% from a recognized university. So, it is highly advisable to clear all backlogs before you apply for M.Tech.
Secondly, it is always advisable to go for regular courses rather than correspondence. But, as you have shown interest in correspondence course then below is the list of colleges :
-Institute of Engineering & Management Studies
-Arcade Institute of Management and Technology
-Institute of Technical and Professional Studies
-MIT School of Distance Education
-Annamalai University

Hi,
Yes, two regular courses can be pursued together ONLY if one is regular and the other is distance / short term certificate course.
Managing B.A and diploma in Mechanical engineering together will be strenuous task as both are different and demand proper time. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!
